If your product is eligible for a refund, the refund method will depend on your initial payment method as outlined in the table below. Please note that shipping fees and any amount paid for the returned product are non-refundable.

The time required to process your refund depends on the payment method used. Once your product is received and passes our quality control process (up to 2 working days), refunds will be processed within the following timelines:

• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  Refund via bKash – 3 working days
• Card (Debit/Credit):
  • Payment Reversal to Debit or Credit Card – 3-10 working days
  • Refund via bKash – 1 working day
• bKash / Internet Banking / Bank Deposit / Mobile Payment Reversal:
  • Bank Deposit or Payment Reversal – 7 working days
  • Refund via bKash – 1 working day

Important Exceptions

This policy does not apply to the following product categories:

• Mobil products supplied by MJL or any other branded products that include a QR code (open type) scanning option on the packaging.
• Tires manufactured by any brand.
• Electric/Electronic products that are susceptible to damage from voltage fluctuations (e.g., horns, bulbs, ignition coils, spark plugs, sensors).
• Products with sprayers or aerosol dispensing mechanisms.
