All potential returns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Products must be in impeccable condition, with all seals, packaging, and accessories unopened and in a resealable state.

Return Process

• If the return request is accepted by Petrotech, the client is responsible for the delivery fee plus any price difference for the new product to be shipped.
• For defective or incorrect products, ensure that the item remains in its original packaging. In such cases, Petrotech will cover all shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

• The goods must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The items must remain in their original packaging.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Discounted or sale items.
• Wrongly ordered items by the customer.
• OEM fluids.
• Electrical goods.

Additionally, this return policy does not apply to the following product categories:

1. Mobil products supplied by MJL or other brands containing a QR code (open type) on the exterior packaging.
2. Tires manufactured by any brand.
3. Electric/Electronic products prone to voltage damage (e.g., horns, bulbs, ignition coils, spark plugs, sensors).
4. Products with sprayers or aerosol dispensing mechanisms.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If approved, we will offer one of the following:

• An exchange for a similar item.
• A non-transferable store credit in your Petrotech account wallet.
• A refund to your payment card or the original method of payment used.

Shipping Terms

• Same-Day Delivery: Turnaround time is 3-8 hours, with a cut-off time of 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will not qualify for same-day delivery.
• Standard Delivery: Turnaround time is 2 working days maximum.

Return Shipping

• To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your receipt or proof of purchase.
• All returned goods will be collected from the customer’s delivery address by our assigned delivery team.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was incorrectly sent by Petrotech. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If any conditions outlined above are not met, Petrotech reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange or impose additional conditions.

For items manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer.
